By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You’re not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Prestige 2D.

The Prestige 2D Team are committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.

The Prestige 2D app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, in order to provide my Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the Prestige 2D app won’t work properly or at all.

The app does use third party services that declare their own Terms and Conditions.

You should be aware that there are certain things that Prestige 2D will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, but The Prestige 2D Team cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance left.

If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third party charges. In using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.

Along the same lines, The Prestige 2D Team cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to avail the Service, The Prestige 2D Team cannot accept responsibility.

With respect to Prestige 2D responsibility for your use of the app, when you’re using the app, it’s important to bear in mind that although we endeavor to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. The Prestige 2D Team accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.

Game Rules

Please, read this section carefully. Breaking the game rules will get you banned. Ban time will depend on the offending action.


Prestige 2D is an online game in which many players from all over the world collaborate everyday. In order to ensure that the game is fun for all, it is expected that all players behave in a reasonable way. The Prestige 2D staff reserves the right to stop destructive or antisocial behavior, be it in-game or in any other website, community or social media. Such behavior includes, but is not limited to:


1. Names

Names that are insulting, racist, sexually related, drug-related or harassing, or that advertise brands, products or services of third parties, content which is not related to the game or trades for real money, or names that express religious or political views, or that support, incite, announce or imply a violation of the other rules will get you banned. In most of those cases we may allow the change of your player name.


2. Statements or Community Abuse

Insulting, racist, sexually related, drug-related or harassing, or excessively repeating identical or similar statements, or advertising brands, products or services of third parties, content which is not related to the game or trades for real money, or discussing religious or political public statements or other public statements which are not related to the topic of the used channel or board, or disclosing personal data of other people, or making statements that support, incite, announce or imply a violation of the rules, or threatening someone in real life will get you banned. Statements in the game, forum, website, social media (e.g.: Facebook, Twitter, Discord) are all subject to this rule.


3. Cheating, Hacking, Bugs and Gameplay

All of the below will get you banned:

  • Exploiting obvious errors of the game, bugs or any other part of the provided services by us;

  • Manipulating the official client program or using additional software to play the game, such as bots, macros or auto clickers;

    • Any sort of cheating stated above will result in a permanent ban of your account;

    • An investigation will take place and any related accounts will get banned too (so beware creating secondary accounts to cheat).

  • Stealing or trying to steal other players' account, character, items or personal data;

  • Attacking, disrupting or damaging the operation of any server, the game or any other part of our services;

  • Having two or more game players from different or the same account to be online at the same time;

    • For the time being, it is allowed to have a second player online so that you can transfer items between players in the same account.

  • It is not allowed to willingly and constantly disruptive of other players on optional PvP servers. Actions like constantly luring, blocking respawn and blocking the path are not allowed on optional PvP and may get you banned without any warnings;

    • On open PvP you are allowed to lure, block respawn and block the path, if the area blocked is not a protection zone. Those actions are considered part of the gameplay if you are level 10 or above.

  • Any other very destructive behavior that is interpreted by us as an effort to harm Prestige 2D, or its players, is not allowed.


If a moderator logs in and talks to you, not replying or ignoring them may get you banned! There will be zero tolerance for cheating.

All of the below will get you banned:

  • Pretending to be a representative of the Prestige 2D Staff or to have their legitimization or powers;

  • Publishing wrong information about or calling a boycott against Prestige 2D or its services;

  • Intentionally giving wrong or misleading information to us in reports about rule violations, complaints, bug reports or support requests;

  • Constantly messaging and insisting that we should apply a certain rule on certain player, wasting the staff's time to complain about other players or systems.

    • You can contact us by email or use the Discord channels for help and suggestions.


5. Legal & Other Issues

All of the below will get you banned:

  • Violating any applicable law or rights of third parties;

  • Announcing trade or services involving real world currency;

  • Announcing that you are selling your character, account or any other object that belongs to your account is against the rules. Announcing any type of account or character transfer between you and someone else is not allowed. Your account may get banned or deleted if you do so.

    • We do not ban players that have sold or bought accounts. We only ban those announcing it without our explicit permission. We don't recommend buying or selling accounts, characters or any other objects from non-authorized parties. We have no way to guarantee that the transaction is legitimate and you are assuming all risks by doing so.


We do not issue return after the player has partially used or activated their premium status or benefits. Chargebacks or friendly fraud will not be accepted and will get you banned or your whole account may be deleted.


Violating or attempting to violate the rules may lead to a temporary or permanent suspension of game players and accounts, including the removal or modification of the user account, without any compensation. The sanction is based on the seriousness of the rule violation and the previous record of the player. Any applied punishment is determined at our sole discretion and can be imposed without any previous warning. We do not accept proof sent by players and will conduct our own investigations if the rules above are violated. Messaging and insisting Community Managers to apply bans will not change anything, and may get you muted for a long time.


These rules may be changed at any time. All changes will be announced on the game website or via email.


At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on Android – the requirements for system(and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. The Development team of Prestige 2D does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the Android version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you, We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.

Changes to This Terms and Conditions

I may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.

The Prestige 2D Team want to inform you that whenever you use this Service*, in a case of an error in the app I collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
